Donegal & Sligo. Our extensive range includes Manitou telescopic handlers, skid steer loaders, forklift trucks, warehousing solutions, access platforms and Hyundai excavators and loading shovels.

Role

Northern Lift Trucks are seeking to recruit a highly organised individual to support our busy service department.

This is a largely administrative role but some customer facing will be required, both in person and via phone.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Billing service work
  • Managing Service Bookings
    • Contacting customer when services are due
    • Coordinating with Workshop Supervisor to book in services
  • Managing Service Contracts
    • Follow up call after machinery delivery
    • Proposing Service Contract if not already in place
    • Managing Services throughout lifetime of Service Contract
  • Warranty Administrator
    • Managing Warranty Claims
    • Registering machines for Warranty & Extended Warranty
  • Managing Manufacturer’s Connected Solutions
  • Accounts Payable invoice reconciliation

Candidate

Key attributes:

  • Highly organised
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High level of customer service experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other IT systems
  • Experience within a Service Department, Machinery or Automotive Dealership desired but not crucial.

This role is based in our Ballinderry office. Monday – Friday, up to 40 hours per week but we are willing to be flexible for the right candidate.
